Job Description
Looking for RPA consultant, The Consultant shall provide maintenance, support, and upgrades in a timely manner to ensure that the deployed bots perform their tasks effectively.
Agency has deployed five (5) automations as part of its current Robotic Process Automation (RPA) activity, which will allow for business automation in products that might not feature internal application programming interfaces or dedicated scripting language. The deployed automations require continuous maintenance, support, and upgrades to ensure that the deployed robots perform their tasks satisfactorily.
Locations of Work
Contractor will work remotely and will come to office as-needed basis within two (2) days of notice from agency. Agency office is in Flushing, NY 11373.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
The Consultant shall provide agency with documentation for the following qualification and experience requirements:
· Completion of a minimum of three (3) projects within the last five (5) years of similar in size and scope to that described herein.
· Certification for Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) 2.0 Maturity Level (ML) 3 or higher.
· A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the areas of custom application development, mobile application development, Robotic Process Automation development and deployment, IT automation, and business requirement and analysis.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to:
· Monitoring the performance and uptime of the RPA system
· Identifying and troubleshooting any issues that arise with the system
· Updating, upgrading, and maintaining the RPA software and associated tools
· Maintaining documentation related to the RPA system, including process flows, user guides, and technical documentation
· Providing support to users of the RPA system, including assistance with the setup and operation of bots
· Participating in the testing and deployment of new RPA solutions
· Collaborating with various group in agency to ensure the smooth operation of the RPA system
Contract Term:
The term of this contract shall commence on the date specified in the notice to commence work and continue thereafter for a period of (1) one year, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Contract.
