Job Description
Junior Project Control Planner Position
Looking for Full time Consultant should provide the services of a Junior Project Control Planner for the agency project in New York City.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities for this position include compiling monthly project reports, updating dashboards, assisting with agency reporting, coordinating contract / task level financial closeouts, assisting in Project Status Report (PSR) and resolving data discrepancies. Specific responsibilities include:
1. Minority/ Women Business Enterprise / Service -Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (M/WBE/SDVOB) Program Oversight & Tracking; including coordination with other Departments of the Agency for M/WBE and SDVOB compliance requirement as well as interfacing with Department of Diversity and Civil Rights (DDCR) on all aspects of M/WBE and SDVOB compliance requirements and preparation of applicable reports for the HQ
2. Manage production of Force Account (FA) usage charts and reports
3. Manage miscellaneous applicable initiatives and compliance requirements as needed
4. Compiling monthly project reports, updating dashboards, assisting with agency reporting, coordinating contract / task level financial closeouts
5. assisting in PSR system updates and resolving data discrepancies.
6. Updated Dashboards and compiling Monthly Project Reports
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor of Business, Finance or related field
2. At least ten years of well-rounded experience in Program/ Project Management, financial analysis and change management including two years managerial
3. Masters Degree in related field not required but desirable
4. Experience with creating and tracking of construction budgets, contractor and consultant minority compliances, insurance renewals, project closeouts, document control and financial reporting
5. Excellent communication, detail orientated and interpersonal skills.
6. Computer experience should include use of Microsoft Office 365, (SharePoint Portal (SPP), JD Edwards and various tracking software for consultant / contractor minority compliance 7. Valid driver license.

Schedule
The services of the position is required for approximately one year commencing on or about February 1, 2024. This individual is expected to work on this contract task full time or 40 hours per week.
