Job Description
Staff Analyst II
As part of temporary staffing services ezelogs.com a construction management software is requesting resumes for Staff Analyst II with the following requirements.
Qualifications
A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Art degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, finance, economics, business, or public administration. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. management, systems and process is preferred.
Experience
3 to 5 years of satisfactory full-time work experience
Skills
- Demonstrated knowledge in third party and /or employee insurance claims.
- Demonstrated ability with computer systems, database and information management. Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and other Computer Applications for analysis and decision making.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and detailed-oriented skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate information and communication across multiple departments.
- Familiarity with Asite.
- Knowledge of agency capital program policies related to design/construction management and program administration.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills is a must. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with key internal and/or external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to complete short- and long-term projects effectively and as efficiently as possible.
Responsibilities
- Review Contractor’s insurance packages to ensure appropriate insurance requirements are met.
- Process Contractor’s letter agreements an entry agreements.
- Open new force accounts and job numbers for billing of agency accommodation services.
- Submit Contractor’s insurance package to agency Risk Management and manage review process.
- Assists Contractor’s with any questions regarding agency Risk Management insurance requirements for project.
- Maintains Asite insurance database and reports on all insurance status to External Partner Program PCEOs.
- Coordinate all agency Risk Management insurance
- Additional tasks as required by the Business Unit Lead.
