Job Description
Staff Analyst I
As part of temporary staffing services ezelogs.com a construction management software is requesting resumes for Staff Analyst I with the following requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years of full-time experience in one or more of the following areas: economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration, human resources management, management science, operations research, organizational behavior, industrial psychology, statistics, personnel administration, labor relations, psychology, sociology, human resources development, political science, urban studies or closely related field
OR
Master’s Degree from an accredited college in those areas indicated above
Experience
2 Years of satisfactory full-time professional experience preferred with a Bachelor’s degree, in one or a combination of the following areas:
Working with executive level managers researching, organizing, tracking, and possibly presenting complex information, such as: management analysis; finance/budget information; organizational research or program evaluations; employment program planning and execution
Skills
- Must have the requisite degree /years of analytical, budgetary, presentation skills and / or administrative experience in a busy, high demanding, deadline-oriented environment
- Have excellent MS Suite skills, especially Excel, Outlook, Word including Teams, Shifts, SharePoint and Visio
- Be comfortable multi-tasking and available to work overtime when required
- Ability to set and meet project deadlines
- Proactive and flexible
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Compile, prepare, edit documents and information
- Analyze large amounts of project and financial data accurately and produce reports
- Complete any analysis, presentation and administrative duty assigned by the Acting Assistant Vice President or designee
