Associate Project Manager Mechanical

We currently looking for Associate Project Manager II

1. Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited University in Mechanical Engineering (BSME); or
  • A four-year high school diploma an J five years of experience as described in “11″ below

2. Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of project administration experience, preferably in design; and
  • Minimum of one year of satisfactory full-time experience supervising employees performing project management work, including planning, coordinating and/or expediting engineering projects

3. Licensing Requirements: Professional license is preferred, although not required

4. Special Skills/Training Requirements: ( 10-hour OSHA Training certification is preferred although not required

5. Description of Work: Contract administration including but not limited to: prepare Master Plans and Scopes of Work; schedule and attend site surveys and meetings; collect and review design documents; coordinate with the designers, schedulers, cost estimators, field personnel, User Departments, Department of Diversity and Civil Rights,; coordinate with the Department of Capital PIanning & Budget; prepare the design documents for procurement with the Department of Material; etc.
