Associate Project Manager Level I

As part of temporary staffing services ezelogs.com a construction management software is requesting resumes for Associate Project Manager Level 1 with the following requirements.

Qualifications

One year of full-time satisfactory experience in supervising employees performing project management work, such as planning, administering, managing, coordinating or expediting, on engineering projects, or supervising a construction project with a value of $1,000,000 or more, and either:

A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in engineering, architecture, and one year of full-time satisfactory experience in project management work, such as planning, administering, managing, coordinating or expediting, for engineering projects; or

A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent and five years of experience as described in “1” above; or

A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent plus any combination of college education and/or experience described in “1“above to make up the equivalent of five years of education and experience. One year of experience credit will be given for: (a) each 30 semester credits of college education leading to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, business administration, or public administration; (b) a master’s degree from an accredited university in one of the disciplines described in “1” above; or (c) a valid New York State license as a Professional Engineer, Registered Architect or Registered Landscape Architect.

Experience

Construction management experience is highly preferred.

Skills

Licensing Requirements: A valid NYS Driver’s License is

Special Skills/Training Requirements: Knowledge of PC Excellent written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

Under direct supervision, assist Project Management in the oversight of capital Assists Engineers and Architects in the collection and treatment of data. Prepares reports that monitors the progress of capital projects. Reviews contract drawings and specification prepares daily report, RFI and submittals logs. Assists Project Manager with various paperwork requires in the field. Coordinates with Contractors and Management on various projects. Also assist in coordinating formal responses from the design team. The candidate will also perform other duties as required or assigned by management.
