EPA Workers Receive Emails Warning their Employment could Be Terminated

More than 1,100 employees at the Environmental Protection Agency got notice this week that they were considered to be on probationary status and alerting they might be fired instantly, according to an email obtained by CNN.

The technique is comparable to how Elon Musk, now a key Trump advisor, dealt with layoffs when he purchased Twitter – make a new email alias (in this case, notice@epa.gov) and then send out mass termination letters to everyone on it.
