About me

Rishikesh Yog Kendra is a certified Yoga Alliance (RYS 200) school located in the serene surroundings of Rishikesh, India. Founded by Acharya Vimlesh Joshi, the school has been a center for authentic yoga education for over 12 years. We offer a range of traditional and modern yoga teacher training courses, including 100-hour, 200-hour, 300-hour, and 500-hour YTTC programs, along with specialized training in Aerial Yoga, Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga, and Mindfulness Retreats.

Our 200-hour “Roots of Hatha Yoga” course follows a comprehensive and immersive schedule with over 8 hours of daily practice and study, complemented by Ayurvedic, vegetarian meals. Backed by a passionate team of skilled instructors, Rishikesh Yog Kendra is committed to guiding students through a transformative journey of self-awareness, discipline, and holistic wellness.
