Qualifications

• Programmer – Creates computer software. May specialize in one area of computer software or may write code for many kinds of software.
• 60 Months Experience interpreting, analyzing and extracting core use cases from complex business requirements and building the logic within an application’s code to meet those requirements.
• 48 Months Experience coding and maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
• 60 Months Experience in automated unit testing, utilization of Git and Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2010 or later, for development activities and code repositories
• 84 Months Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure .Net web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), SOAP/Restful APIs, message and queue processing, and/or an Enterprise Service Bus.
• 36 Months Experience in ASP.Net Core MVC framework.
• Expert 84+ months – Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
• 84 Months Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop complex n-tier web applications using ASP.NET MVC framework.
• 48 months Experience in interpreting Visual Basics 6 (VB6) code and structure.
• 84 Months Experience developing and maintaining web applications that utilize modern client-side technologies such as HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets.
• 84 Months Experience in developing and maintaining web applications that utilize modern backend technologies using C# and modern programming principles; Object-oriented, scalable, maintainable, single-responsibility and highest application security standards.
• 84 Months Experience with Oracle: Database design and modelling, fluent with PL/SQL coding and debugging, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, creating tables, etc., including the use of a tool to write and test SQL code and manipulate data.

Day-to-Day tasks

• (SDLC) Work closely with the Technical lead, Team Members, and other project Stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and lend expertise during product, process and user story creation.
• Actively participates in Daily Scrum Meetings and often lends expertise in brain-storming discussions with developers.
• Review and analyze business use cases and collaborate with team members to bring out the effective outcome for the specifications.
• Design, build reusable and reliable code that helps to maintain code quality to improve the performance and identifies bottlenecks and bugs and ensure to come up with best possible solutions in the Organization.
• Involved in Functionality testing, Integration testing and User acceptance testing (UAT) and in bug fixing.
• Collaborate with team members utilizing Sub Version Control and Git-TFS for maintaining repositories and source code needs.
• Involved in developing web-based application with cross browser capability, mobile responsiveness along with web accessibility standards for the application.
• Create stored procedures, packages, functions, and views using SQL Developer/Toad to implement the business logic on Oracle 12c database.
• Design and develop UI using HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap 4, Angular 2+ with Typescript to make the application rich, responsive, and accessible to every individual.
• Develop and maintain the applications using VB.NET, WCF, Crystal Reports, JavaScript and jQuery, to access the PHI Data and Individuals identifiable information in a secure, reliable and transactive manner.
• Co-ordinate with software professionals in analyzing and developing the requirements using .NET Core and Oracle 12c.
• Develop applications using Angular 8, Bootstrap 4, RxJs store on client side and ASP .NET CORE 2.2, Web API, Restful web services, ADO.NET on server side and manipulated data using SQL Developer tool/Toad on Oracle 12c database.
