Senior Cost Estimator

We currently looking for Senior Cost Estimator.

Key responsibilities will include developing a full range of cost estimates from Conceptual Design parametric cost estimated to 100% Final Design bid estimates, as well as Construction Phase Change Order estimates. Reviews construction design drawings & specifications, conducts field visits and gathers all material and data necessary to organize a construction cost estimate in CSI, UNIFORMAT and other appropriate WBS. Prepares a Basis of Estimate that outlines the scope, exceptions, allowance, format, etc. in accordance with client requirements. Prepares physical take-offs and documents unit line item quantities manually or using digitizer technology. Researches unit price requirements and prepares estimates using appropriate unit price, labor productivity and equipment rates. Analyzes bids prepared by contractors and prepares post-award change order estimates as required for order construction phase negotiations. Prepares a cost estimate report deliverables to clients.

Required Skills or Qualification: The ideal candidate will have a Four‐year high school diploma;
At least 10 years of relevant experience in general construction, mechanical or electrical; and Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) or equivalent preferred
